What's Happened to Our Vocabulary?

It seems more and more I’m noticing inappropriate extreme vocabulary being used especially when it applies to the news.

CNN.com refers to Governor Jon Corzine's condition as "critical". Fortunately, a statement buried in the article indicated that there was nothing life-threatening about his condition.

Paula Zahn doesn’t have an ‘exclusive” interview with Al Sharpton.

Tom DeLay says to Rosie O'Donnell: “We're gonna destroy you!” and refers to liberals as “Nazi’s”.

These people need to get a dictionary.
